Plain and short, the way we’d want it explained to us.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, a phone number, and if you choose to give them, your email, your town, the rooms you want done and any notes. We don’t collect anything you don’t hand us, and there’s no login or account.
Why we collect it
To arrange your free measure and quote and to talk with you about your blinds. That’s the whole purpose. To provide the quote, we may pass your enquiry to a suitable local provider so they can service your request. We won’t sell your details or send you marketing you didn’t ask for.
How it’s handled
Your enquiry is sent to us securely when you submit the form and stored so we can act on it. We keep it only as long as we need to help you, and we take reasonable care to keep it safe. A hidden anti-spam check on the form helps stop automated junk; it doesn’t track you.
Your choices
You can ask us what details of yours we hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just say so in an enquiry and we’ll sort it. If you’d rather not send anything through the form, don’t: there’s no obligation.
Cookies and tracking
This site is deliberately simple. It doesn’t set advertising cookies or follow you around the web. If your browser passes a room-planning list into the enquiry form, that happens in your browser and only reaches us if you press send.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we’ll update this page. This version applies from the date it was published.
